No matter which package you chose, you will have awesome photos and the assurance that you are in good hands!
I am now taking bookings for spring and summer sessions that will have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks! Here are some helpful FAQs to guide you through.
1. Do I have to get my senior photos done with the high school photographer?
The school hired photographer only needs to take the picture for your yearbook. After (or before) that, you can come to me for your personalized photo session. Leaving the boring head shot to the school photographer.
2. How do I schedule my session ?
Just shoot me an EMAIL and we can set it up. I encourage you to come to the studio for a consultation prior to the session to ensure you get the images you want. We will go over wardrobe and styling and location, everything to make sure your images are perfect!
3. When do I pay my session fee?
Your session fee is due at the time you book your appointment. Senior Portrait Season is very busy, as you can imagine. If we book you in and you do not show up for some reason, that is a slot that could have otherwise been booked. Therefore, we need to receive payment before putting you in the calendar. The session fee is , but can be used if you need to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours prior notice.
4. Where do you photograph?
We offer the best of both worlds with both studio and location options. All can be discussed at the consult. Please be aware though that travel out of out location may incur additional fees.
5. What do I bring to my Senior Portrait Session?
We recommend bringing several outfits (that we will discuss at your consultation, any accessories any props and makeup for touch ups.
6. How long do I have to wait to see my images?
I generally schedule a viewing appointment 1 week after your Senior Portrait Photography Session. When you come in, you will see a slide show of culled and color corrected images . We will then go through the images individually and narrow them doen to your favorites. You will place your order at this time for your included digital images, prints and other products. The final images and products will be delivered within 2 week of that appointment.
7. What if I have a pimple?
We retouch everything that will be a final digital file or printed – at no additional charge. There are not hidden or “surprise” charges. Because it is our job to make you look your best. That is why our session fee and print prices are a little higher than some people.
Due to the high volume of Senior Portraits, anything you do not order during your viewing and ordering appointment is deleted the day following the appointment. Anything your prints or products (albums, wall hangings, digital images), we archive for one year. After that, files may be deleted.
9. What if there is bad weather on the day of my shoot?
Don’t worry, I will leave 1-3 days open during the week for reschedules. I will notify you asap if we do have to reschedule, however we usually only reschedule if there is either a high chance of rain, OR if it’s going to be too cold to be comfortable. If it’s overcast don’t worry, that is IDEAL for photos!
10. What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit and checks are accepted
